CLASSES AT GLOW FITNESS

We offer a variety of classes, so no matter what you want to focus on, we have something for you! A single class is $20. Packages and bundles (which include personal training sessions) are also available. If you purchase your class, package or bundle prior to booking, you class will automatically credited from your account. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy  prior to booking your class.

ACTIVE

Participants in PRAMA ACTIVE will improve cognitive function and mobility, which are affected by natural aging. Combining fundamental movement with an interactive environment, PRAMA offers an easy way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

ATHLETIC

ATHLETIC is a workout designed to improve power, speed, agility, and functional fitness using explosive movements. Designed to perfectly balance strength and cardiovascular training, this program is a solution for those who want to take their training one step further. Discover your true potential and bring out the athlete inside you.   

ENERGY

Based on the latest developments in functional training, ENERGY uses the interactive environment of PRAMA to work on fundamental movements. Improve your quality of life and burn thousands of calories at the same time! ENERGY is up to three times more efficient and beneficial than any other conventional training thanks to its format which combines strength training and functional movement to burn calories.  

FLOW

COMING SOON! The only circuit training program based on Yoga and Pilates, FLOW perfectly integrates mobility, strength, core, and balance exercises, culminating in a mindfulness experience that’s unique in the fitness sector. FLOW is designed for users to perform fewer repetitions, replacing quantity with quality. Different adaptations for each exercise guarantee a universally inclusive program, available to everyone no matter their level of flexibility or experience practicing Yoga or Pilates.

FIGHT

A fun and interactive HIIT workout that integrates movements from boxing and kickboxing. PRAMA FIGHT helps with coordination, strenth and conditioning all while buring serious calories. This class is great for beginners as well as those already familiar with these movements.

KIDS & FAMILY

Combining the best of gamification and movement, PRAMA KIDS & FAMILY is a selection of training circuits designed for mixed parent-child sessions, as well as for children only. Getting children physically healthy and mentally stimulated is no easy task. PRAMA creates an attractive environment for both children and parents to enjoy 45 minutes of skill development and fitness.

STRONG

PRAMA STRONG is a training multi-series designed to isolate each muscle group and effectively stimulate them. This program guarantees a complete workout for the whole body after working at each of the specific workstations.

This class is for the kids! Focused on kids and includes a warm-up, fun games, and group dynamics to help develop cognitive qualities.

This class is open to ages 3-9.
